SUNY Cobleskill hands out 455 degrees

From The Daily Gazette, 05/14/16 — SUNY Cobleskill awarded 455 degrees on Saturday, and presented an honorary degree to a woman described as a “culinary trailblazer,” Carol Brock.

The commencement speaker was Richard Ball, the state commissioner of agriculture and markets and a well-known farmer in Schoharie County.

The college, traditionally known for its agricultural and culinary programs, awarded 189 two-year Associate’s Degrees, with the most popular majors including agricultural machinery engineering, social sciences and early childhood education.
