SUNY Chancellor Kristina M. Johnson has set four main themes for SUNY: Innovation and entrepreneurship, individualized education, sustainability, and partnerships. We are charting our initiatives and achievements as they align with the four themes she has outlined. Please take a moment to review the list below, and send us recent and current initiatives within your areas. C&M will add your information to the chart. Athletic Partnerships

Career Preparation and Readiness

Each semester, CCD staff visit Internship Orientation classes taught by members of faculty to work with students on job-search fundamentals including resume writing, interview preparation, dining etiquette, and professionalism. Students engage in hands-on exercises including mock interviews as part of this training.

These cameras allow UPD to better-serve and protect campus by assisting in the interview documentation process. These cameras are provided through funding from the office of the district attorney.

Institute for Rural Vitality at SUNY Cobleskill

The Institute for Rural Vitality exponentially increases our ability to build and nurture partnerships. Through its mission, to engage the substantial resources of SUNY Cobleskill in collaboration with regional partners to enhance community and economic vitality in rural NY, the Institute enriches our region and its citizens. It has been recognized as a national exemplar by AASCU.

Wellness Center Partnership with SUNY Upstate Medical Center

The Wellness Center partners with SUNY Upstate Medical Center to provide tele-counseling and tele-psychiatry services. The Wellness Center is also a state-registered Naloxone provider.
