Each year, Grasstravaganza links grazing professionals and hobbyists with a network of vendors offering products supporting the needs and interests of our conference attendees. A variety of marketing opportunities enhance this weekend of relationship-building, guaranteeing vendors and sponsors access to a diverse base of prospective customers across sponsorship levels.
Thu-Sat ($245 + $120 for accommodations)
Both guarantee one vendor booth and one half-page ad in the Conference Program. Upgrade to full-page ad for additional $100.

Snack Break Sponsor ($200)
Both guarantee one half-page ad. Upgrade to full-page ad for additional $100. Snack Break sponsorship includes mention of product during trade shows, and option for College to prepare a snack made with product.

This year’s Conference, “Health and Resiliency from Soil to Table” will cover the importance of grazing livestock, with a soil to table perspective, and feature regional and national speakers, workshops, and local farm tours. Exhibitors have the opportunity to interact with conference attendees during breaks and meals. These will be designated as “trade show” times, in which vendors are encouraged to display and showcase their product and/or business.
Set-up begins as early as Thursday afternoon, July 25, (see pricing description). All vendors must be set up by 9:00 on Friday morning. Break-down time for all vendors will be after lunch on Saturday. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth areas.
Individual booth spaces are reserved for one vendor only, and vendors must conduct business in their designated area only. Non-booth holders may not distribute merchandise or fliers. SUNY Cobleskill is unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen items, or for any equipment other than materials owned by the College. Those unable to attend the conference may still select a sponsorship option.
