SUNY Cobleskill to Celebrate “Farm to Table” Cuisine at the 2015 Culinary Extravaganza

SUNY Cobleskill is proud to present the 2015 Culinary Extravaganza, an event showcasing the talents of the College’s culinary arts students under the direction of SUNY Cobleskill Culinary Arts faculty, and local and alumni celebrity chefs. Highlighting the “Farm to Table” lifestyle, the 2015 Culinary Extravaganza will pay homage to all that is good about being intimately familiar with what we eat. Please join us on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Bouck Ballroom to enjoy a relaxed yet sophisticated evening of exquisite culinary delights. For $50.00 per person, enjoy appetizers, entrees, desserts and beer and wine tasting featuring local producers. Widjiono (Yono) Purnomo, CEC, CFBE, and owner of Yono’s Restaurant will be this year’s Honorary Chair. Entertainment will be provided by Blues Maneuver.

Proceeds from this year’s event will support the SUNY Cobleskill Foundation Annual Fund, which enhances culinary programs, scholarships and multiple campus initiatives. Please RSVP to The SUNY Cobleskill Office of College Advancement at 518-255-5524.
