Jeremy Perez, Landscape Contracting Senior, Wins Division Gold in NAGA Albany

Jeremy Perez is working towards his Landscape Contracting bachelor degree and expects to graduate May 2016. In Jeremy’s spare time, he trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at a local martial arts school, Cobleskill Taekwondo & Martial Arts, with the local branch of Team Jucão USA. He started classes last August, and trained consistently since – including finding a school to train at in Florida while on break between semesters. Jeremy competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for the first time on March 5, 2016 at the North American Grappling Association (NAGA) Albany competition in a large division, fought twice and took the Gold in his division. Jeremy’s abilities and commitment to train in this martial art are outstanding. Congratulations Jeremy!
