SUNY Cobleskill plans innovative fermentation program

from the Daily Star on 6/17/16 – A first-of-its-kind degree program at State University College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill will educate and train students in the field of harnessing microbes to help produce a vast array of products, from beer, wine, and cheese to plastics and pharmaceuticals.

The college announced the launch of a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Fermentation program scheduled to begin in the fall of 2017.
