New Group of Businesses Join Start-Up NY

From The Daily Gazette — A new crop of businesses has joined Start-Up NY, the academic-government-business collaboration that provides tax breaks for companies that expand near certain colleges in New York state.

The state announced 43 new participants that expect to create more than 640 new jobs statewide. Eight of the companies will be located In the greater Capital Region, and expect to create 115 jobs here.
