SUNY Cobleskill Joins Epicurean Food & Wine Tasting to Benefit Hospice

SUNY Cobleskill faculty and staff chefs and Culinary Arts students will join more than 30 other eateries and catering companies from around the region for the 18th annual Epicurean Food & Wine Tasting at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m.

The SUNY Cobleskill chefs will be cooking and serving dishes made from campus-produced ingredients. The event benefits Hospice families in Otsego, Delaware, and Schoharie counties who are served by Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care.

Visitors to Catskill Area Hospice and Palliative Care’s Epicurean Food & Wine Tasting this weekend will be wined and dined for a good cause, organizers said Thursday.

The event will take place Sunday from 3 until 6 p.m. at the Otesaga Resort Hotel in Cooperstown, according to officials. This is the 18th year the festival has been held.
