What do Amazon River Fish, Cybersecurity, and Graphic Design Have in Common?

SUNY Cobleskill, of course, where members of the campus community are at work on designing the future. What do we mean when we talk about the future? We mean Business. And we mean Early Childhood, Graphic Design, Fisheries, and Agricultural Engineering.

Members of the campus community are enacting positive change in each academic department. Our Early Childhood Program is leading the way, having built and instituted a course dedicated to infant and early childhood mental health. In our Agricultural Engineering Department, technological advancements position us at the forefront of a sustainable and progressive agriculture.

In our Fall 2019 Magazine, we invite you to hold the future in your hand – like the guide to more than 200 species of Amazon River fish our students are producing, or the 13 species of turtles that give us one of the largest turtle collections on the Eastern Seaboard. You can chart our progress over time, like on the Empire State Native Pollinator Survey, or with the launch of our Cybersecurity Program. You can even see how our Graphic Design students are designing the future in a literal sense.

Welcome to the future; it is ours to share. At SUNY Cobleskill, it is ours to design.
