The Institute for Rural Vitality at SUNY Cobleskill welcomes the public and its partner growers, producers, and small businesses for the 3rd Annual Empire State Entrepreneurial Expo on Friday, May 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Prentice Hall.
Admission is free for attendees. Register online at www.cobleskill.edu/institute or at the door.
The Expo will feature artisan, health, beauty, and farm-to-table businesses showcasing their products to sponsors, buyers, and the community. Guests are invited to “taste, try, and buy” these products made by small businesses and farms from the Mohawk Valley and beyond. Last year’s Expo featured over 100 value-added products, and 2025 is expected to be even bigger!
In addition to product exposure to the public, vendors will have the opportunity to meet with local and regional distributors.
Vendor registration is $45 and includes one booth space. Lunch is an additional $15 per person. Please register by April 21 at www.cobleskill.edu/institute.
