Therapeutic Horsemanship Life Skills

Earners will gain life skills and a basic understanding of horses. Earners will gain life skills in the following areas: Safety Non-verbal communication, Boundaries, Empathy, Trust, Self-Care, and Healthy Choices. Earners will gain a basic understanding of horses in the following areas: Equine Safety, Horse parts, Equine Communication, and Basic horse care. Earners will demonstrate skills and proficiency in the following: Equine Safety, Grooming, and Leading.
